The San Juan Metrobus and Tren Urbano systems both have stops in Condado, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Noise requests: There are quiet hours in the area due to this home being in a residential area. No noise or music is allowed after 10 pm. Parties and events are prohibited without prior permission from the host.
House conduct: We ask that guests are respectful of this home and other guests on the property. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the host immediately. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. No items may be removed from the property without the host’s permission. Guests may not rearrange or move furniture or fixtures on the property. Any complaints or issues with the property and/or guests must be reported to the host immediately.
When leaving the premises: Please ensure that the home’s windows and doors are locked, and the air conditioners are turned off. Please turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving the property.
Check-out procedure: Upon checking out, we ask that the home is returned to its original state, this includes taking out the trash and washing the dishes.
