サルサル ホテル

「The rooms were super clean along with everywhere else. You can kayak for free on the beach. The pools were nice and clean and open till 10:00am. On Saturday, there was calypso band playing near the lobby. Nectar is by far the best restaurant and the staff are super nice as well as the main lobby staff for the hotel. The Sand trap restaurant is horrendous, cheap tasting food (fries, burgers, tenders…) and the staff are super rude. Avoid it! I’ve been here multiples times and will continue to stay...

「Very attentive and diligent staff. Excellent facilities for enjoying the weekend with family at the hotel pool area, while still having your own fully equipped flat that feels like home. For larger groups, it's an ideal choice because you have your own space to cook, watch a movie, and even do laundry, while still enjoying the hotel amenities.」

「No coffeemaker, no microwave forcing you to spend daily, food is less than mid, very expensive, beautiful property, staff is great.」

「Good location near to restaurants and entertainment」

「Can not think of one complaint for this property. Place is spotless and the staff is super attentive. They go sad as as to have people hand washing the pool. Will definitely stay again when we come back to PR.」

「Very well maintained, great customer service! For some reason the fire alarm went off two nights in a row. (False alarm)」

「Staff were friendly the whole time. They had beach chairs, beach towels, wake boards to use free of charge. Booking was seamless, room cleaning daily was excellent. Gated parking free of charge was really convenient as street parking is first come first serve. Have a restaurant/bar available in the facility. Right across the street from a beautiful sandy beach. It is a hidden gem it will not disappoint. Thank you guys for the great time!」

「The room was big! Large shower and balcony/ porch with a table and 4 chairs. For the price we were amazed. We were able to go to the rainforest and come back to dry all the shoes outside. The staff were all so friendly! The room did not have a safe and we left a laptop and iPad and had no problems. The room was quiet. The water pressure good. Beds were great. I would give 10 stars. I am so glad we stayed here and not old San Juan where we contemplated staying.」
