I stayed here with my kids and we absolutely loved everything about this place. It was clean and close to everything. The communication between the property and I was also top tier! I will stay here again!

This place is right in the heart of San Juan. Apparently we’re near the Governors home so security is always at the entry of the place. Pros: Location, amenities, peaceful, safe Cons: parking, check out instructions, no elevator. No living room space. No extra trash bags Other than that, it was great place to stay, I’d come back. Host was attentive, responded quickly, Easy way in and out. 9/10

The room was located and a great part of Old San Juan, off quite street so noise in the evening was not high but walking distance to several great restaurants, bars and shops. Able to walk down to harbor and other points of interest. Room was clean for an apartment and enjoyed patio we had as part of the room.

We had an amazing stay at Old San Juan Rentals! The property was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and full of charm. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Old San Juan, surrounded by beautiful historic streets, shops, and great places to eat. The space itself made for a perfect home base after a day of exploring the city. Everything about the stay felt easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place in Old San Juan!

The location was perfect. It is walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and others. The customer service is excellent. The place doesn’t have an elevator but they sent someone to help us with our suitcases down the stairs. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PR.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. First, I had to wait over an hour just to check in, which was extremely frustrating after traveling. Once we finally got to the room, there were not enough towels or tissue provided for our stay, and housekeeping was not very helpful. On top of that, the shower water was cold, making it uncomfortable to even shower. Overall, the experience was stressful and inconvenient, and I would not recommend staying here unless customer service and basic accommodations improve.

This property was in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to all things in Old San Juan. The place had quite a few light bulbs that were out which made it very difficult to see at night. If you are booking this stay, please be aware that it is very noisy at night and may be difficult to sleep if you are staying in the master bedroom.

This property is very disappointing arrived after long tiring flight and coming to a dirty linens and beddings, management unable to response right away, The water in the shower is inconsistent of having hot water, filthy bed sheets disgusting pillows. Pls avoid, this is our first time in Puerto Rico, and expectation is not met in this property. Cleanliness is not priority in this unit, unhealthy and unsanitary.
This is the pillow I had to laundry the pillow case.

VERY clean, great wifi, kitchen well furnished. Communication from host A+. Location perfect near La Forteleza so always sepcurity near by. Convenient to anything and everything in Old San Juan. Love the place and will return. Note for your consideration: no elevator so 4 flights of stairs to top apartments
