Loved our direct view of the ocean, amenities and relaxation was extraordinary. Our host was fantastic and very responsive. Restaurants on site were great! Lots to do and see in the area, but we stayed on resort most of our stay! Easy to get to from sju airport. Will definitely visit again.

Margaritaville for the WIN!

This resort is top notch. My wife and I had rented a car and planned to explore the area during our stay in Rio Grande. When we arrived and for the duration of our stay we found that we did not want to leave the resort. It is beautiful and has everything. The service all around the resort was excellent. Loved our stay!

Last minute girls trip

It was a beautiful place and free margs!! Did not like how they kept shoving down the timeshares, but that was the only downside. Beach was right there, pools, hot tubs, bar! Great location

Time share rental

This is a wonderful property with a great staff. It was little challenging because the company was only able to provide us with 4 days instead of the 6 days we had reserved. they returned our money for the 2 days promptly and communicated well, but it was unpleasant to have to find other accommodation and move in th middle of our trip as well as the down time between check out and check in to the new property.

We had a great time!! The hotel is connected to the Wyndham resort (literally check in desk was 30 ft from each other) which was amazing because we had friends getting married at Wyndham. They will try to pitch you a sales package but it’s very light, you can say no and they won’t ask again - very nice! Hotel was clean, room was big, we had a decent view of the mountains from our balcony, food was not that great for the price but if you rent a car you can quickly find good local spots, we got full use of all amenities. Host was amazing at sharing any details beforehand. 10/10 I would stay here again!!

This was an exceptional beach-front one-bedroom apartment with a spacious balcony and interiors. It was perfectly appointed and even had a margarita machine for our use. (I need to get one for my house.) It also came with a private cabana by the pool, which was very nice also. We took advantage of all the facilities and had a fantastic time. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and well equipped - Great location!

We stayed for a week at the resort but due to availability had to split our accommodations between the Wyndham RIo Mar for the first few days and then switch over to this unit in Margaritaville for the remainder. When we arrived here we wished we had it for the entire week. Both units were great, but this unit came with so many extras. Full refrigerator / freezer (with ice maker), microwave, plates, utensils, and the margarita blender was a surprise! The table and chairs were nice too and overall we had options for meals when we wanted something different than the resort restaurants. One additional benefit is the option to increase the WiFi speed (only $5 / day) which we needed for an all-day video conference. It worked flawlessly. The unit is in the main building connected to the Wyndham Rio Mar so it shares all the same amenities (access to all 3 pools, all bars, all restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
