Malibú Beach Penthouse is a modern & unique oceanfront 3 bed 2 bath penthouse conveniently located on the third floor of Malibu Beachfront Condos Río Grande, one of the Caribbeans prime locations due to all the touristic destinations & activities nearby. From the penthouse, you and your guests will be staying steps away from the beach and community pools, approximately a 25 min drive away from El Yunque National Rainforest & just a 30 min drive away from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport.
The space
The 2 level penthouse will greet you with a modern and spacious contemporary space that perfectly connects a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that sits up to 6 guests and it is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortable living room with a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix.
The main level of the penthouse also offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom sleeps 2 adults on a dreamy queen size bed. The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix to watch your favorite shows and movies.
The second level of the penthouse is accessible by a spiral staircase that leads to a wide family room with sitting area and a flat-screen smart TV and to the rooftop terrace which offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Enjoying the sunset at the rooftop is a MUST. Stargazing is also an an incredible experience at this location.
You will love the nature views from every room in the villa. This property offers a washer and dryer, a great amenity for long term stays.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and all interior spaces are private and exclusively for their use.
Guests also have access to the beach and communal pools, which are just steps away from the villa.
Guests will be able to connect their devices to fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for work travelers and/or movie nights.
Other things to note
Please be aware that property is located on a third floor. There are no elevators. Guests must climb stairs in order to access the penthouse. Also, the living room does not have a door that divides access to the spiral staircase that leads to the family room and rooftop terrace upstairs. Small children must be supervised at all times.
Important Notice:
The living room's windows are currently missing two small awnings at the top of each window. The condo's administration is working on this case. However there are blackout shades on each window.
