Welcome to our remodeled Colonial studio apartment in Old San Juan!



Experience the charm of the historic district in this cozy studio, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a dining area, and a beautiful balcony with classic city views. The updated bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.



Perfectly located near Calle San Sebastián and El Morro, you’ll be steps from great restaurants, boutiques, and some of the most iconic sights in Old San Juan—ideal for exploring the neighborhood’s rich culture and history.



This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 PM. Please note that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions. The area is lively and susceptible to street noise, and tropical insects are a natural part of island life—using earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure more peaceful evenings.



The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.



Please note: the property is located toward the top of Old San Juan, which means there is a steep walk to and from the apartment. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, especially if you’ll be toting luggage.

Don't stay here

I stayed at this property over two weeks ago and out of respect for the host, gave them ample time to remedy my issues before posting this review. They ghosted me, so here I am.Location is good proximity to many sites and restaurants. Cleanliness was ok - floors were dirty but overall clean enough. My issue is the safety and soundproofing of this unit. The unit is at street level and has two large windows that are not covered in glass - it is literally wood shutters with absolutely no soundproofing. We hardly got any sleep due to people passing by on their way home from the bars until almost 3 am, breaking bottles, yelling, screaming etc. I realize they can't control the noise but considering they just renovated the unit, they could have made improvements by adding WINDOWS for safety and privacy. Someone from the sidewalk could easily force the shutters open from the outside to enter this unit. This is negligence on the property owner's part. I reached out to them in the middle of the night to let them know the situation. They were initially empathetic and assured me they would be reaching back out to make this right and to give them some time. Never heard back and I even followed up again last week with no response. Do not recommend!
