Long story short. The email I got did not have all the access codes. Could not get in the gate to get to the door. Was not able to reach anyone cause, tried calling the emergency number no response. But was finally able to get in around 5 am once someone finally responded. But other then that they need to update their unit and they need some pest control.

I am writing to express my concerns about several serious issues we encountered during our stay at this property. Our experience at this property was terrible.
Access Problem on Arrival:
We were not provided with the front door code before arrival. As a result, we were unable to enter the property late at night. We tried to contact you by phone multiple times but could not reach you. This caused significant stress and inconvenience after a long day of travel.
Missing Essentials:
There was no toilet paper provided in the house when we arrived. This is a basic necessity that we reasonably expected to be available.
Inaccurate Listing:
The listing stated that there would be a microwave available, but there was none in the property. This was one of the reasons we chose this listing.
Cleanliness Issue:
There was a visible stain on one of the blankets, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic.
Safety Hazard:
One of the wooden boards in a bedroom ceiling was loose and nearly fell on someone. This poses a serious safety risk and needs immediate attention.
Plumbing Issue:
The sink in the living room bathroom drains extremely slowly, making it difficult to use.
We chose this property based on the information provided in the listing, but unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations set. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and take appropriate action.
