「I've been coming back for more than 20 years, even before the new owners upgraded everything. This hotel is the best value in San Juan Del Sur. Next to cathedral and main park, walk to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and fully bilingual. The neighborhood while very close in is quiet and safe. Its just below Pelican Eyes at half the price. Rooms and beds light, airy and comfortable even at the lower price point. All town's amenities are a few steps away.」

「I had stayed at one of the properties before and liked it. This visits was very different in quality. The house was not very clean. We found chips on the floor and the refrigerator smelled like the catch of the day was stored in it. They sent someone to clean it out again once we complained but they had to send someone again the next morning because the smell would not go away. The pool was dirty but they sent someone to clean it the next morning. The anchoring for the glass on the porch ...

「Me gusta este lugar porque me siento segura, como en casa. Propiedad muy limpia. Personal amable. Desayuno rico. No había agua caliente pero en San Juan hace calor. La presión del agua no es muy buena. Piscina agradable, hay una cocina muy equipada. Definitivamente un lugar recomendado.」
