「Nice room with lots of storage around the bed. Complete kitchenette and laundry room with cute washer. Bathroom is decent. Close to everything as advertised. A bit noisy some nights but otherwise great little place. Not for the picky traveler. Definitely comfortable little apartment.」

「This place is exotic! 6 of us stayed here with plenty of space. The first day some of our group was ill and so we stayed in most of the day. It still felt like an exotic vacation. The views of the jungle, the wild life, and the plants are amazing on this property. We loved how much character the property and house has! The beds were so comfortable. 「Location was good. We felt safe and it was easy to find. Beds/bedding was in good shape. The layout of the house was a bit "odd" but no problems or issues. We had some insects in the house (mostly ants). I assume that's jungle living and it wasn't an issue. 」

We visited the nearby la paz gardens, which was amazing. And we went up to see the poas volcano, which cleared up nicely for us so we get a good look. 「The house is old and needs lots of up keep. Walls are cracked and flaking. No hot water to bathroom sinks and maintaining a constant water temperature in the shower is impossible. There is no hot tub, the reference is to a bathtub, a language problem. Also, lighting in the bathroom is very bad. Push on lights were placed over the stove to give better light there as the kitchen is also dark. Walking into town takes about 10 mins and is an easy and nice walk. People very friendly.
