「Nothing this hotel states it offers on Expedia is true. Bar/restaurant, breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, free water, daily house keeping, and airport shuttle. The day I reserved the hotel I messaged the hotel a week in advance of my stay stating I would be requesting airport shuttle. Finally called the hotel to which the woman stated she didn’t get the message then changed her tune when I was upset and said we don’t have a driver. Finally arriving to our room 204 and the WiFi DOENT WORK...
