The staff are very helpful and friendly. Quiet location and easy access to the city. You can also book all tours via the hotel. Highly recommended!

We were surprised that there wasn't a TV, fridge nor a safe box in the room. However the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is an inexpensive hotel so amenities are limited but you do get what you paid for. The staff is very nice, they have a limited food menu but the items are well prepared. The view from the outside dining area is very nice. The rooms are basic but good, bed is comfortable, AC works very well, CR shower is comfortable, water is hot. One problem is the wifi is very weak in the room, but it is strong in the dinning area.

The air conditioning is adequate. We stay in room 106 small leak, when it rains water gets stuck in the patio drain probably small crack it when into the room

Disasters!!! We booked for 2 rooms for same price. One room have no TV other one cant use no internet because no power on that day. Air con noisy. And worst no water for a day.

リゾートホテルでわあった。食事は美味しかったがネット予約した内容と違ったのは残念。海は綺麗で良かった。鍾乳洞は　行くまでの道路が曲がりくねっていて　道路も悪いので　酔いそうになった。食事は大変美味しいお店が多くホテル周辺にあった。Googleの評価信用しない方が良いと思う。
