"I have stayed at Hotel Emporio many times and it is the superb service and attention by the staff that warrants my return to the hotel. From the bellboys and reception, to the maid service and the restaurant and pool area workers, everybody is always smiling and offering their assistance with anything that I may need or want. This serves to make my vacation stay absolutely wonderful. I particularly enjoy eating a breakfast with a beautiful view of the ocean and eating a fish or seafood dinner on the terrace of the Arrecife restaurant and admiring the starlit sky and relaxing in the tranquility of the evening. Although these highlights were somewhat interrupted, for me and the other guests, by the closure of the main buffet restaurant for two days, the staff was amazing and is to be commended in their flexibility and resilience in dealing with the uncomfortable and inconvenient situation of the restaurant painting.
