NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Immaculately maintained property

We had rented this property to our friends visiting us over the holidays. It was very comfortable and the property looks exactly as advertised. Sensibly stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and great backyard. The location worked well for us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property in this area. The check in registration with our ID was the only thing that was cumbersome. Other than that, communication with the property management team was ok.

Served Purpose

Location is excellent, next to mall, shopping, food, etc. A non-refundable deposit required after booking. Everything in location was rather cheap. Not a lot of personality or charm. Right behind home are apartments that can see directly into property. Property was clean. Living room incredibly uncomfortable. Beds very stiff. Seemed like a corporate owned verse personal. Could tell everything from shower fixtures to carpet were as cheap as possible but passed as ok. One shower curtain had red stains on it. Overall, because of location would stay again, home served its purpose, but less than thrilled with surprise deposit after booking, and how boring and uncomfortable house was, along with no privacy in backyard.

Disappointed

I want to bring to your attention some serious issues I faced during my stay at the property. Despite receiving an email before my arrival that the broken washer would be fixed, it wasn't. Despite several requests, it was the third day before the problem was checked. The repairmen confirmed that the washer needed to be replaced, but no action was taken afterward. Furthermore, the headboards were dust-covered, ants were a constant problem, and the primary bedroom mattress was severely stained. Additionally, the area underneath the sofa was filled with trash. Despite repeatedly complaining about these issues, no action was taken by the customer care team. Instead, I kept receiving emails asking me to leave a 5-star review for the property. I believe the property management needs to revamp its customer care services and immediately address these issues to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests.
