The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Check your mobile map apps when you arrive for an accurate driving time, as it varies depending on the time of day. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking for 4 vehicles at the property. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know.

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests need to be able to climb stairs at the villa.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If external providers are hired, guest will be held responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.
