"Housekeeping is upon request only. You must ask for housekeeping or even fresh towels. No complimentary breakfast. There is a breakfast buffet for $15 per person. I choose to purchase a cup of coffee and a pastry at the kiosk next to the front desk for $8. Coffee was very good. Free refill. Indoor pool closed at 9:00 pm. Wished it was open a bit later. Outdoor pool closed at 10:00 pm. We stayed mid-week in the middle of August. Weather was hot. Hotel was about 20% full at most. Mainly forest firefighters and construction crews. We were there to visit a friend and Sequoia National Park. Enjoyed our stay. Probably the best hotel choice in Visalia."

"We had a great stay, it was a nice place to stay on our journey to Sequoia Forest. Our kids loved the game room, and we were close to places to eat and nature here. The facility itself looks pretty old and isn't in the greatest shape, plus we could hear every step of the people who were staying in the unit above us, and it wasn't in any way a large place. But it served its purpose and we didn't have any bad experiences there. For a place to stay on a larger trip, it's a good choice!"

"Everything was very nice. The only thing we noticed was water leaking coming from an unidentified source. We did notify the front desk so hopefully they would be able to correct the leak."

"It was a great stay, specially if you’re staying long term . The one thing I would’ve liked is if they did housekeeping more often. Once every 7 days felt too long . Other than that a wonder stay"
