Check-in and in/out flow was offbeat, but the suite room was spacious, crisply clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. Convenience to downtown activities and restaurants was awesome, the lobby was a great meeting and relaxation spot, and 24/7 Americanos were better than any morning buffet or snacks.

The hotel itself is really nice, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great views.
Even the valet attendants are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is the cost to valet park.

I really enjoyed my stay.. no complaints check in was very easy.. only issue I had was the shower water smelled bad .. had a smell of sulfur in the water and there was no provided dust pan for the broom
