"Clean rooms and staff very friendly."

"Room was clean, view was amazing (ignore the neighboring construction), staff was very courteous and helpful, multiple pools is a huge plus. There were a few setbacks. Plumbing was a bit of an issue. One of the bathrooms flooded while showering due to clogged drain and water temperature was impossible to regulate, either boiling hot or cold shower. A huge petty annoyance was no ice available for the rooms. With that said, overall it was a great stay, small drawbacks were not enough to discourage me from returning."

"the place is amazing. the staff is even more amazing. beautiful, lush and green. the all inclusive drinks were rather basic and mostly juices and soda fillers. the food was great for me. i am not a food snob. some will not like it, im sure. i liked the rooms. they have a mexican vibe to them, which i really liked. the beds were a little firm."

"It has an onsite well known restaurant and a bakery. The pools were big, one with a swim up bar the other was an infinity pool looking over the ocean. Staff was respectful and kept our rooms top notch. I really thought the dehumidifiers in each room was very good choice and the mini fridge. I was content with the two water bottle they provided as courtesy every day. "
