A very nice, cozy, private home. Close to walking to San Gimignano. Recommend a car as it's too far to get groceries. Also, we had to deliver the recycling and garbage to the bins near the Carabinieri Spent 9 days here and enjoyed using La Capanna as a base for local trips.

Great location

Nice host that lives on the property with 2 large and very mellow German Shepherds. Cottage had beautiful view, but could use a few more things like control over the heat and better Wi-Fi. Location is ideal and property is very well maintained. Access to washer is nice, but access to a dryer would have been great.

Nine Days in San Gimignano

Very well kept home. Everything we needed. An uphill walk to San Gimignano that doesn’t show on Google maps so having a car is necessary, even to get groceries at the Coop. Parking lot gets filled up by noon so try to beat the rush.

Review for stay from 17 August 2019 to 24 August 2019

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The owners are very friendly and courteous. It's all right and clean. The pool is really big and easy to use in the summer. Parking at the property is a good thing as parking in San Gimignano is very difficult. Dogs are well behaved and silent. We had fun here.

We had a fantastic two weeks. The location allows you to thoroughly relax and enjoy the stunning views as well as having the option to simply walk into San Gimignano. The accommodation and facilities were excellent only surpassed by the friendliness of the owners. I would highly recommend this rental.
