「レセプションエリアも広く綺麗で好印象です。 ただ客室が多い割にエレベーターは２機だけで、エレベーターホールはいつも人だかりでした。結局、多くの場面で４階まで非常階段を利用しました。 部屋も清潔そうですが、先客の体毛などがあり、あまり良い印象ではありませんでした。 レセプションやレストランのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。」

「My husband and I traveled here with our 1 and 3 year old. This is the most family friendly resort you can imagine. From check in the kids were already playing on the play cars sprinkled through the resort, throughout the stay they enjoyed the kid friendly meals, kids club activities, and all the play areas (including small farm) on site. Gorgeous hotel in a very scenic region. Also, really loved going to PLOSE which was just a 15 min bike ride (bikes available for no cost to rent). Lift...

「The hotel was fantastic. Very quiet, wonderful to be surrounded by nature and only hear birdsong. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the facilities were spotless and there were some nice touches such as complimentary apples, spring water and even a hot water bottle. Great to have no television and the hotel's sustainability scores highly and is to be commended. This hotel deserves to be in the Leading Hotels of the World and we will definitely return.」
