「Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking.」

「We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake.
