"The room smelled horrible, it was dirty and had something splattered on the wall in the bathroom, bugs in the bathroom and very uncomfortable bed. The only place to sit, other than the bed, was a bench that looked like it came out of a bus, and it too was dirty. There was a big red stain on the floor and handprints on the headboard. The pictures online looked nothing like the room you are actually given. We would NEVER stay here again!"

"Comfortable, clean, lots of outlets, cubbies. Nothing super fancy, but decent, clean hotel with friendly staff. We needed place to stay when we visited our college student"

"So I'm in agreement with a lot of the other reviews I read. For the price point it leaves a lot to be desired. First the positives, the staff at check in was absolutely fabulous, and through the evening brought me ice even though it was only enough for one drink , and also hand delivered my doordash order later. Wish I would of gotten the gals name. The lady in the morning during check out wasn't nearly as friendly or welcoming. Now the negatives, for the price point I'd expect to be able to go get ice as needed once the lounge closed no ice available and since the mini fridge didn't cool at all when I ordered a bag from the store it just melted. For parking you have to park in the public structure across the street and if you arrive during a busy time no place to park in front of the hotel for check in so you have to match your luggage across the street. Then March back over to put your pass in the dash to not be towed. Very limited channel selection. The porch/balcony is actually just the wall way where everyone gets to the rooms so you have people walking in front of you constantly. 11 o'clock check out but the maids start coming in your room at 945-10 a.m. also I think the boilers can't keep up with morning demand as the hot water just kept going completely off and coming back on. Mini fridge had last guest items still in it. I felt the same about the blue lantern in dana point but at least it had a view. "

"Convenient location (boring main road but near the small downtown area). Friendly staff and pretty grounds - it's several small buildings around a courtyard with pool and outdoor seating. The bathrooms and many furnishings are quite worn - it feels quite overdue for a refresh. "

It’s close to everything you need, but still quiet enough to enjoy some downtime. The unit itself is great—it has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home, whether you’re staying for a short trip or a longer visit. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up.What really made the experience even better were the hosts. They’re genuinely kind, good people who make you feel welcome and taken care of without being overbearing. That kind of hospitality goes a long way.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful surroundings, the comfortable unit, and the great hosts, it’s definitely a spot we’d come back to. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

"Creo que se requiere tener un espejo de cuerpo completo, y ayudaría cobija extra o frazadas. Esta muy bien que cuenta con muchos productos como jabón de ropa etc pero creo que ayudarían más otros que no hay como bolsas de basura extras (solo estaba la puesta en el bote de la basura y en el bote del baño no había ni puesta), ese es un básico. Es un lugar nuevo, bonito y moderno, en general nos gusto mucho."

"Very new, clean, fitness area and very large/nice community/club room that seemed hardly used. In room laundry was nice. Had issues checking, though to be fair that was probably mostly my fault. The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder. "

"Check in was simple and the kitchen was spacious. It could use some additional tools - mixing bowl and kitchen towels sepcifically. There are no towel bars or hooks for bath towels, this was a serious issue with 5 of us and nowhere to hang towels to dry. I'd also suggest you provide "pool" towels since there is a hot tub. The overall space was perfect and the updates were very nice. It was super comfortable for our family of 5 and we were able to host other family members for dinner and fun in the game room afterwards. "
