  • Welcome to our cozy studio in the heart of the bay area. You'll find yourself conveniently located to downtown San Mateo and all the transportation. This is a shared walkway, private studio. The unit has 1 queen sized bed with ample pillows. Included are fast wifi, 43" TV, Netflix, coffee, full kitchenette for light cooking. Self-check in. Small, but met our needs

This space was clean and in a good location, close to family we were visiting. Good use of small space with necessities, such as coffee maker and coffee, hot plate, fridge, plates, utensils, pots, pans. Tea bags would have been nice. Also, a small bedside table on either side of bed would have helped. It was part of house with separate entrance, so could hear people on other side of wall, but just for short time in evening. Quiet at night for a good sleep. We would stay there again.

Alvin was on top of things and made sure I knew he could help with any issues. It's a perfect room for a single person. The bed was super comfortable, the shower and bath worked well. The snacks and coffee were a nice touch. I would definitely stay again as it's in the perfect place for what I needed. They clearly are on top of things.
