Cute & Simple

Just needed a small place to stay with friends from out of town. Check in process was easy and loved the open space of the living room and bedrooms. Booking is part of a duplex home so we had the backyard area easily accessible to us. There is a cute swing on the backyard tree too! Overall communication was fast and helpful and the stay was comfortable. Neighborhood was very nice as well :)

The listing did not match the property. There were bugs and doors didn’t lock. Beds were terrible and we ended up leaving a day early rather than stay another night there.

I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again.
