Local getaway

We took our kids to San Felipe to enjoy nature and the beach and wanted a local experience for them. This place gave us a taste of what that is like! It was spacious and located close to the beach. Yolanda the manager was very helpful with various things that came up. Beds were comfortable but the place is in needing of general maintenance. The cabinet doors are hanging and loose, the toilet rocks and could be replaced and the shower water pressure is very low and turns scalding and cold if someone else uses water in the building. We used the washer and dryer and that was blessing.

We found money in the bed! There was no toilet paper! We could fix those things (bought four rolls of TP) but the hot water never got above 80 degrees. Never got a response from the host. Left after two nights! I needed a shower!

Location is ideal, peaceful & close to beaches & downtown. Spacious, comfy, clean, comfortable condo

I am content and happy with this condo. It fits 6 people perfectly. It is very comfortable, spacious, and clean and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the views of mountains and sea upstairs while I sip my coffee in the morning. For this Condo's reasonable price, it is well worth it. If I want the luxury of a Ritz Carlton or a beachfront accommodation, then I should be prepared to pay double, triple or more than the cost of this Condo. Besides the beaches and downtown are only a convenient 1 to 2 miles away. The host and the onsite assistant were very helpful.. We are glad to have discovered this Condo. We will definitely return here.

Everything was great from the house having A/C on the rooms and leaving room,WiFi , bbq grill outside the front porch. Back of the house has a nice porch too. The beach is really close three minutes driving. What was perfect too was that the house has dishes and silverware to use , towels to use and kitchen. Little things that need fixing :One Room door has no lock for privacy, Toilet flush handle was broken, Shower head had a small hole on the neck of it and was trowing water all over so I had to tie a plastic back to use it as a seal cover. One of the room doors didn’t close right so I had to push it hard and lift it up to close it. But the hosts was really nice she ask as if we need anything like more towels or clean bed sheets. The owner was so nice . She gave us lots of recommendations where to go with the family for activities and to go eat. Price was affordable too and the house had two inflatable beds one queen and twin plus a foldable mattress 👍. So perfect for more people. I would definitely stay there again.
