Eco-Friendly, Beachfront Villa Rental on the Sea of Cortez

This casual villa in San Felipe, Baja California, sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. It accommodates up to six adults between three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Up to four kids may also stay, however note the total of three large beds. Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed with a mosquito-net canopy. Each bathroom contains a large shower.!

The large, open-floor great room combines the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The kitchen features 20 feet of counter space, along with a large wooden dining table and all the usual appliances. The living room contains two sofas and several chairs.

The great room has four sets of glass doors which open onto a Spanish-style veranda that offers panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. On the veranda, guests will find several lounge chairs, a hand-carved bar, and a BBQ.

This home has standard electrical service, good wifi, and rooftop tanks that hold mountain spring water, which is trucked in. The stove and water heater are powered by propane.

There is a walking path down to the beach, which you will usually have all to yourselves.
