Come relax in this newly designed and remodeled Pacific Beach studio located in the quiet neighborhood of Crown Point. This unit is located in a small, quiet complex just a 5 minute walk from the bay. Guests can expect an easy check-in using a simple lock box. Guests can expect a clean, fresh, unit every time with a huge thanks to our amazing house cleaning staff.

San Diego Stay

Small apartment was perfect for brief stay in San Diego. Clean and comfortable in a location with a walkable neighborhood. Good value and I would stay again.

It’s nice, sort of

Nice converted attic turn one bedroom bungalow. It was very clean with updated finishings. Would have been nice to know this property does not contain any central HVAC system. Owners include multiple well-positioned fans so we did not melt, however, it was November. Staying here in the summer would likely be uninhabitable. The only mattress in property is a Queen bed. The listing does not describe bed size after compliants of them listing it as a King (of which it is not). Also not guaranteed parking.

Cute place and clean

We pretty much only slept there but the place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. In addition to the bed there were 2 blow up mattresses, although we only used 1 of them. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed the location

we enjoyed our stay, but we had issues with the bbq as it wouldnt light, butnot so concerned that we needed to call Nicole ( she was very responsive when i did text) check in timd was confusing, one said 4 then the instructions said 3. i brought my king size sheets for the bed, and they didnt fit, bed felt like a queen. comfy bed, just felt small. overall - this is a cute VERY clean place to stay. would not stay again, but only because i have bad knees. thanks for the hispitality Nicole... we did have fun !!

Attic Studio near Mission Bay

Studio with full bath and kitchen with access to on site laundry. If needing to park a personal vehicle, street parking right out front was an option most nights, and only a few times did we have to walk around the block to park, which is very reasonable given the area and time of year. Bed and bedding wasn't the comfiest (though a personal opinion), and since we stayed 2 weeks it was definitely challenging for good sleep some nights. Sea World fireworks were viewed every night from the window in the kitchen without obstruction, and some small bay views also from the dining table. AC unit was triggering the fuse to break and an electrician was called immediately to resolve. The host is very responsive and willing to go above and beyond if anything comes up. This is a third level unit so anyone with issues for that please be mindful. Overall a very nice stay.
