Great place to stay with an even greater location! The apartment was very clean and has recently been remodeled. Everything was in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and having a nice TV in each room was awesome. The rooms were very spacious, and the living area had plenty of room to watch tv and eat. The kitchen has nice, new appliances, but it is very small. It was great for us as we were just eating breakfast and brought some food back a few nights. But, I wouldn't want to make a big meal there. As stated in other reviews, the parking is tight. There are three spots, and we were lucky that it was only our car and one other that parked there each night. So, we made it work pretty easily. Basically, there just isn't much room to back out, so you have to back out a little, turn, pull forward, back out, etc. Bryan was a fantastic host - I had a few questions pop up and I messaged him and he got right back to me. Instructions to enter the apartment were clear and easy. The location is amazing! It is a very short walk (just a few minutes) to a path that takes you to the ocean. Basically a 10 minute walk to Dog Beach and about 15 minutes to Ocean Beach. I felt completely safe walking each day to the beach and around the area. We weren't out past 8:00 pm. There are a ton of restaurants in the area to walk to. And, driving, it seemed that things were only about 15 minutes away. It had easy access to the highway. I would definitely recommend staying here.
