I live in San Diego and wanted a place where all my friends could stay together while they were in town visiting- and this place was such a great fit! Mike’s place was immaculately clean, and the place looked even better in person than it did in the photos. A great quiet, walkable neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could need. Plenty of beach towels and beach supplies too! The hot tub was very clean as well. Overall the place was incredible and I’d recommend to any of my friends or family who were coming into town. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but it doesn’t fall short in amenities. A few things that could make the stay even better for future guests: a few of the beach chairs were broken so we only ended up being able to use 2, would have appreciated a few more food essential items (olive oil, condiments, spices, etc), some ice packs for the coolers would also be great! Overall, would highly recommend.
