Panoramic water views from almost every room in the house, dining table for 8, outdoor & indoor fireplaces, patio seating, wifi sound system, 3 TVs with cable, BBQ & jacuzzi spa for relaxing after a long day out enjoying America's Finest City! Home is 1900 Sq Ft. It is a ideal choice for vacations and for business travelers looking for a comfortable place to call home while traveling. Master Bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has two full beds. In addition, there are two queen air mattresses. House Rules: NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, & MUST BE QUIET AFTER 9PM FOR RESPECT OF NEIGHBORS, SPA USE HOURS ARE 8AM-10PM ONLY.
