Located in a quiet complex just a few blocks from both the bay and the beach, this sunny escape offers an unbeatable location in the heart of town. The 1200 sq ft interior has been totally remodeled, with highlights including all-new kitchen appliances and luxe home furnishings. The split-level bedroom and bathroom layout provide added privacy and guest convenience. The covered courtyard patio offers a communal spot for guests and residents to work outdoors, cook on the grill, or gather around the gas firepit. As an added perk, the condo comes complete with all the beach gear you'll need, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. A high chair and Pack-N-Play are also available. Enjoy walking distance to buzzing bars and restaurants along Grand Avenue, to a number of bayside parks, or just stroll down to the boardwalk to soak in the local flavor.

All-new kitchen appliances make it easy to plan at-home meals, and a dishwasher is equipped for stress-free cleanup. Updated living room furniture and a smart TV are ready to welcome you for laid-back lounging and movie nights after the day's adventures. Mini-split air-conditioning is equipped throughout the condo and free WiFi is also provided. An on-site laundry room adds even more flexibility.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. No parties or large gatherings will be allowed. No smoking is allowed in or on the premises at any time.
This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking. Please note that this home has a camera facing the back gates and the parking area.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb. Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet ($150 + tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.

Great location

Great location for us personally. We needed a place to stay last minute because our original booking at a worldmark san deigo got canceled the day before our stay. This VRBO was close to the zoo and just down the rd from sea world. Which worked great for us!
