We enjoyed our stay at the condo! Everything was clean, and as advertised in pictures and description. The garage is small but was able to accommodate our minivan rental. We loved the restaurants and grocery stores in easy walking distance. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had a great vacation!

Nice location. Had lots of extras like beach chairs and a volleyball, kids sand toys so we could make the most of the beach. Property was as advertised.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit fantastische huis. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. En de locatie is natuurlijk top! Echt maar één minuut lopen naar zee. De garage is heel ruim. En we hebben goed gebruik gemaakt van de strandstoelen en strandhanddoeken. Van harte aanbevolen!!!

Well stocked home, had everything we needed and more. Great location, garage for the car, plenty of food beach chairs, close to everything. We loved it! Highly recommend it!

Great location by the beach!

The bar next door was a little loud at night (there's a noise ordinance, but patrons stayed outside talking pretty loudly). Also, smaller cars ONLY will fit in the garage... just a heads-up. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness of the house and proximity to the beach.

AS advertised

This is a good spot to stay and have good access to all the beaches and shops up and sown pb, ob etc...The house is right next to a cool bar, but they change kegs until late in the night and you can hear the clanking. But really anywhere you stay in MB is going to have some noise, it is a bustling neighborhood. Kitchen is one of the best stocked rental kitchens we've ever had. Baking pans, good pans for cooking, tupperware for leftovers, and good knives! actual good sharp knives. Grill is a Weber is gas and hooked up to a gas line. There are some games in the closet as well. Each room has its own temp control. 45 second walk to 3 different coffee shops and the beach.Our weather sucked. But the house was as advertised.

Great location and place

Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of North Mission Beach. Better Buzz Coffee is across the street and Guava Beach Bar and Grill is next door. Despite being only one house of the street, the place is surprisingly quiet. Everything was as listed and easy to use. A few things just to be aware of that don't diminish from the experience at all. Either the the traffic or the wind kind of shake the house especially the top floor from time to time. We thought it was an earthquake the first time it happened! Not a big deal at all and after awhile you don't notice it. The bathrooms are all through the bedrooms so there isn't a communal one on the main floor. We would either go upstairs or downstairs to use our own. The first and second floor bedrooms can get a little warm. The A/C is in the main area on the second floor. 3rd floor stays cool. We were a family of 4 and my wife and I slept on the 3rd floor and each of our boys had a room to themselves. Overall we loved the place and would definitely stay again. Super comfortable, clean, and right off the beach!

Great Location

Great place!

The location was perfect for beaching & sightseeing. Each floor with a bed & bath allowed for privacy, the main floor living area allowed for plenty of space for togetherness. Kitchen is great for cooking, thoughtfully stocked. Double garage. The lower level bed & bath doesn't have HVAC which we weren't aware of, but worked out ok. The upstairs bed & bath is incredibly spacious & the rooftop area is very nice with a view to the ocean.

It was just as online listed

Can't say enough about property , it was just as listed online . Home was very roomy for my 6 family adults. I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Living room had a big sectional that was more than enough room to sit and watch a movie.We ate dinner out on the 3 floor balcony weather was beautiful! Kitchen had everything you would want and need for your stay. We played games every night at the huge Kitchen table . We can't wait to stay again! Thank you for an awesome weekend!

Amazing stay

Great location close to beach and bay

Very nice house. Comfortable for our family. Loved the decor. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There was no coffee, just the maker. Also please note that boogie boards need replacing as they fell apart when we used them. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Neighborhood Rental

This townhouse is great! The rooms are all nice sized, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The rooftop patio is lovely with good quality patio furniture. We wish we would have had more sunny days, we were stuck with June gloom. The neighborhood is great and we found good food and coffee places right across the street at La Perlita, Juice Wave and Better Buzz coffee. This was a great home base for our first time visiting San Diego! Would definitely rent again.

Awesome location with parking garage in a great neighborhood. Steps to the beach, walk down to the pier, tons of great restaurants within a few blocks. Super easy check in process and great host.

Beautiful home close to beach.

We Just had the best stay at Mission Beach. The home was very clean, very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We particularly liked hanging out if the rooftop for happy hour. We could also walk to the restaurants/bars/coffee shops/beach with such convenience. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean house provided with attention to details in a great location and an excellent price.

We really enjoyed our stay here serving as our landing pad for a weekend wedding in San Diego. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths was perfect for 6 adults. House is in a fun location and management assured that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
