Strict Rules Apply and Must Be Followed by All Guests:– Minimum stay is 7 nights. No exceptions.– Maximum occupancy is 6 people.– Absolutely no parties, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.– No smoking anywhere on the premises (inside or out).– Barbecuing only allowed on the balcony with gas or electric grills.– Guests must park only in the assigned garage/tandem space. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed without notice.– Tenants must sign a copy of the HOA Rules (CCRs) prior to check-in.
This is a peaceful residential complex. If you're looking to party, this is not the place. If you're looking for a serene and respectful beachfront experience, we welcome you! Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. • Parking: There is one parking space in the garage and one tandem parking in driveway. Garage is for small vehicles only. Not suitable for large vehicles. • Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Fireplace is not operable. As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
