Felt Spoiled

What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again.

Great Family Trip

We stayed at this great spot for 3 nights. Traveled with 2 kids and 2 dogs and had a perfect time. The communication with the owners was wonderful. They are communicative and helpful. Responded to questions right away! The best part is the proximity to the beach and the amenities! They had everything including things I hadn’t even thought of wanting. Hoping to return soon and would try to book this property again!!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful with everything you could want or need. They have thought of everything that you could want for the beach. The location is amazing. Short walk to the beach, and all the shops and restaurants that are in walking distance. Communication was the best we have ever had. I look forward to staying here again to visit family. It was effortless.

The communication and information provided for the property was detailed and fabulous. They provided a guide that you could download on your phone.The customer service was the best and we have stayed in quite a few rentals. It really is like staying at a friends house. You have everything you could possibly want. The place is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. We will certainly be back!

5-Star Stay in San Clemente

This is a really fantastic space, right by the San Clemente pier and beach, and a very short walk from the downtown shopping and restaurants. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and the hosts are on the next level! It was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including everything our active family needed to enjoy the beach and bike trails.

Cathy and Pete thought of everything...place was quiet, so close to the beach and so clean and comfortable...the added beach stuff was wonderful! My husband, surfed for the first time-on his bucket list! Thank you!

Perfect beach getaway

We rented the space to enjoy time at baby shower in the area. The location was absolutely perfect! So close to one of our fave coffee shops and the beach of course. Easy parking. Easy access. Clean! Perfect for my sister and I. I will be back for sure.

Great Getaway

Great property with an awesome location close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Property managers went above and beyond, offering so many amenities. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!

MOTHER'S DAY WEEKEND

The condo was exactly as advertised, and very clean! Beachy Boho decor and such a quiet, lovely neighborhood with super friendly neighbors and pets! Easy communication with owners, an Alexa home, newly remodeled and has your own covered parking spot. Felt like home !

Great location, great hosts

This little adorable one bedroom place is located close to the beach and pier and close to old town and is just perfect! We arrived to a nice bottle of wine and the refrigerator was set up with some beverages for our stay. The owners could not be more accommodating and responsive - They were great! I would recommend this quiet little place for your next stay. Note the king size bed is a sofa bed, the very comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed. Highly recommend! GREAT COMMUNICATION!

Amazing location, amenities galore!

The property was exactly as listed but the amenities were the best I've ever seen. Bikes, beach towels and equipment, yoga mats & blocks plus access to several streaming services to include Peloton! (My daughter and I did a fun kickboxing workout on the Peloton app). Steps to the beach and loads of restaurants within walking distance. The Murphy bed was oversized and comfortable, the low ceilings in the bedroom were not an issue at all.

Mother daughter shopping weekend!

This location is perfect for a beach stay. I loved the easy access to the beach and the property has everything you need for a day at the beach. I was amazed. It was so clean and nicely decorated. The neighbors were nice and neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely come back. It is the nicest rental I have stayed in.

Great unit, great location!

From the very beginning the renting process was easy & efficient! Peter & Cathy are awesome hosts! They have thought of everything! The unit is so well stocked! When we arrived after our long ride, we sat back & relaxed with a beer from the fridge!!! The location is awesome. A few minutes walk and you're at the beach! We will be back!!!

Stylish and well-appointed near the beach

Very well-thought-out vacation spot. Literally 2 blocks to beach and small neighborhood restaurants. Wish we'd had longer to stay.
