We had such a wonderful stay here and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel at home right away. The dinner they provided was a highlight of our trip, truly phenomenal. It felt like a special, authentic experience and was easily one of the best meals we had.The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and check-in was seamless and easy. Everything just worked exactly as you’d hope.Overall, a fantastic stay!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful home this is. The house is lovely, large enough for our family of 15 -(70 to 5 months) with plenty of room to spread out. The hosts, Beatrice and Japoco were top notch! We had them provide family style meals each night- best decision of the trip! The food was superb. They kindly made accommodations for the kids. After a day of sightseeing- arriving “home” to a home cooked meal was the best. Enjoyed cocktails poolside or on the amazing tower that provided beautiful Tuscan sunsets. Absolutely stunning and a wonderful hidden gem. The home is stocked with fantastic local wines very well priced. Highly recommend

This villa is exactly as pictured! There is ample space inside and a great property for relaxing outside. Bea and Jacopo were easy to work with and prompt with communication and requests prior to arrival. Our party of 15 decided to have breakfasts and most dinners cooked by them and the food was delicious. The cooking class was fun and great to have it on site. The location was within an hour's drive of many towns and villages and there is a great olive oil farm next door for tours and tastings. We would go back again!!

Our hosts and the property lived up to all our expectations! Communication with Beatrice and Jacopo was excellent. This was especially important as we planned this trip ourselves. When we arrived, they were so welcoming. They made us feel at home. This was the perfect Tuscan experience for our family. We were 3 generations and the villa was just what we needed. The pool was a welcome respite after our days out. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the days we chose to cook. But, the best meals of our trip were those cooked by Beatrice and Jacopo! We had breakfast and dinner prepared by them. An abundance of food! Don’t miss out on this! And don’t scroll past this property. Book it and you will be in for a treat!

Our family of 18 stayed at the Villa this July (2026) and could not have been more pleased with everything associated with our stay. Jacopo and Beatrice truly are first class hosts. They helped us book 3 vehicles that were dropped off and picked up directly at the Villa which was a great time saver. They also provided a grocery shopping service so that we had drinks and snacks at the villa when we arrived. The meal service was truly fantastic! We opted for the Welcome dinner and the Florentine BBQ, both of which were great. We visited a lot of places while in Italy but the family dinners at sunset were among our favorites. The Villa was beautiful and spacious. The grandkids really enjoyed the open spaces and the pool. The views from the back deck of the surrounding Tuscan countryside were also very special. We even got to see hot air balloons on a few occasions. The relative close proximity to Firenze was also clutch for day trips on high-speed trains. There is a good reason why this Villa won the VRBO Vacation Rental of the Year. You simply cannot go wrong here. I am very thankful for the memories that will last a lifetime and role this villa and the hosts played in making that happen!

Incredible experience. Of course, the house and property were gorgeous. The views were better than the pictures. What really made our week stay at the villa the most special was the service. Jacopa and Beatrice made us the most delicious welcome meal upon our arrival. Throughout the week they were available to answer any question and give direction on activities. We had a birthday to celebrate - and they arranged for a special birthday cake from a bakery to be made and delivered to the villa. Would love to come back someday! Thank you for the best week in Tuscany.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment we stepped foot in the villa we were made to feel like family by our hosts Beatrice and Jacopo. From the day we booked our stay at the villa, they went above and beyond to help us with scheduling tours, transportation, meals, and even a rental car. They even offer to cook a welcome dinner, family style meals, a Florentine Steak BBQ, daily breakfast, and a cooking class, all of which we selected. The food was incredible. It was so nice to be able to have a breakfast, go out and explore Italy during the day, and return home to a restaurant level meal, hot and ready. The building itself is beautiful, and perfectly maintained by Beatrice and Jacopo. They were always there to help with anything we needed. I cannot say enough good things. If you are considering to book a stay here, just do it. You will not regret it. We cannot wait to return!!

Beautiful Villa in a great central location

The Villa has everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. Centrally located for exploring many of the local Tuscany highlights with a quick tram to Florence.Worth staying in to enjoy the pool and surrounds when the weather is good. Great outdoor space! We were 15 adults.
