It’s a bit far from the town, but the view is amazing. The hotel itself could have some extras to be more fitting. My room looked remodeled which was nice. No ac made it very warm at night. Did not like the breakfast at all, just toast coffee and fruit salad everyday. Theirs no extras here, no bar, restaurant, water, nothing extra in room, and they don’t sell bottles of water. You must bring everything with you. The girls at the front desk are just ok, not very accommodating to anything you ask.

O que salva o hotel é o lugar, pois a vista é realmente incrível. A acomodação é bem simples, e o chão de pedra é gelado, deixando o quarto um pouco desconfortável em uma região de clima frio. A organização e limpeza são ok. Durante nosso período no hotel, que seria para relaxar, fizeram uma reforma em um quarto ao lado do nosso, com bastante barulho de obra e conversas dos pedreiros, inclusive no domingo… O café da manhã é muito ruim, não tem variedade, pouquíssimas opções saudáveis (apenas uma taça com salada de frutas e ovos)… o atendimento extremamente lento e sem capacidade de suportar para muitos hóspedes. Por vários dias, aguardamos em pé cerca de 30min por uma mesa para tomar café, pois todas encontravam-se ocupadas, faltava talher, pratos e xícaras… as atendentes bastante estressadas e quando questionadas sobre os problemas só informavam que “nada se podia hacer”. Lamentável… a experiência poderia ter sido perfeita, pois o local é realmente lindo. A localização é boa, Uber chega bem rápido e com bastante disponibilidade. Bem, nós não recomendamos o hotel e não voltaríamos lá.

Las vistas al lago su fuerte. Lugar acogedor, habitación un poco ajustada, el piso flotante hace un poco de ruido al caminar. El desayuno podría mejorar agregando huevos revueltos y pan de molde.

Pousada simples com vista espetacular

Pousada simples mas com uma vista espetacular. Quarto pequeno e desconfortável pelo tamanho, móveis antigos e necessita melhorias, chuveiro dentro da banheira e sem box que vazava água por todo o banheiro, papel higiênico limitado a um até acabar, não tinha aviso para colocar na porta para não limpar e café básico e precisava pedir presunto para a atendente.

Passei 3 dias na Hosteria com minha família, nós adoramos a hospedagem! Quarto com 2 ambientes, vista linda para o lago, quentinho e um espaço lindo e charmoso para o café da manhã, que por sinal também é muito gostoso.

Não recomendo.

Difícil saber pode onde começar. O hotel não é nada do que aparenta nas fotos. O único ponto positivo é a vista. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, inúmeras vezes pedi para limpar um local específico que estava empoeirado e não fui atendido. Lençóis e toalhas de péssima qualidade e velhos. Os quartos são minúsculos, não possuem frigobar e nem controle de temperatura. A cama não é boa e é muito pequena. Banheiro com vazamento. O café da manhã não é dos melhores e o hotel NÃO POSSUI COZINHA! O café vem todos os dias de uma padaria, mas pelo fato de não ter cozinha, não oferecem alimentos quentes como ovo mexido. A ausência de cozinha também impossibilita que você faça qualquer tipo de refeição no hotel, ficando dependente de ser obrigado a sair para tudo, já que a cidade não tem delivery de maneira geral. A localização é razoável e o fato da Uber estar ativa este ano facilita a locomoção. Por último, o hotel cobra conforme a forma de pagamento, usando diversas cotações diferentes, o que acredito que seja ilegal. Não recomendo de maneira alguma, existem outras hospedagem na cidade que oferecem melhor atendimento, conforto e preço.
A sujeira do quarto deve estar lá até agora. Porque solicitei inúmeras vezes a limpeza e não fui atendido.

Pontos positivos: o lugar realmente entrega a vista que promete, foi muito bem construído. É sensacional acordar de manhã e ter essa vista deitado na cama. A limpeza é bem feita. Pontos negativos: ficamos dois dias hospedados. No primeiro dia tivemos o problema q estavam fazendo manutenção e justamente na janela do nosso quarto tivemos q deixar a cortina fechada para o rapaz poder trabalhar, ou seja já tirou nossa privacidade e sem contar o barulho. Naquele momento gostariamos de descansar. Falei com a recepção e n resolveram, tive q falar direto com o rapaz para ele concluir depois. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, pouca opção. Falta um ar condicionado para a temporada de verão. Pelo valor cobrado deixa a desejar.
