Posee pileta cubierta climatizada, un pequeño gimnasio (consultar horarios de acceso), y cochera cubierta en el edificio (opcional).

Con todos los servicios internet, cable, etc. Cocina comedor con todas las comodidades, sanitarios y calefacción por caldera, WIFI en todo el departamento, TV por cable, sillones. Cocina completa con vajilla para 2 pax y todos los servicios y electrodomésticos. Dormitorio con ropa blanca y baño completa.
