Hotel is not walking distance from center but on the lake and across from kunstmann cerverceria! You feel safe here! The view of this hotel alone is priceless! This in itself it worth it! Has a fun bar too!

Happy with stay.

Overall good, they where changing for new door locks, and floor had some wood chips from the installation, but OK. Make sure to notice there are stairs to climb to the rooms, no elevator. In general, nice hotel, good restaurant and very helpful and friendly staff, would stay there again.

No volvemos mas

Horrible. Llegamos a la habitacion y no tenia cortinas, alegamos todos los días de estadia y no habia solución. Tuve que instalar yo mismo las cortinas el día previo al check out. La cama no tenia cubre colchon y la habitación tenia telarañas y estaba sucio. El baño estaba tapado y la puerta del baño estaba atorada. Entraron dos veces a la habitacion con sus llaves maestras sin autorización mientras estabamos durmiendo. No hubo ninguna compensación de ningún.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und toller Ausblick auf den See. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon direkt unter dem Dach, wo man die Fenster nicht vollständig öffnen konnte. Es war nachts auch sehr hell im Zimmer, da es nur einen dünnen Vorhang gab. Für 3 Nächte in Ordnung. Frühstück mit schönem Blick über den See.

CUIDADO!

Pense bem antes de contratar este hotel. Tem uma vista magnífica. Montanhas, neve, pode-se dormir ouvindo as ondas do lago. Mas o hotel parou no tempo. Precisa de reformas. Chegamos por volta da meia noite e o restaurante já estava fechado. Destaque para o sr. Mário, que nos atendeu e providenciou alguns lanches. Chegando no quarto, não havia aquecimento, camas de solteiro para casados, e pior, a água não esquentava. A temperatura estava em 1º C. Cansados de uma longe viagem, o jeito foi dormir sem um mísero banho e enrolados em cobertores para escapar do quarto gelado. A alegação era um problema na caldeira. No dia seguinte, fomos transferidos para outra ala do hotel. Os quartos pareciam dos anos 60. Móveis antigos, decoração sofrível, colchões de molas e travesseiros antigos. Café da manhã fraco, com poucas opções. Um simples ovo mexido é cobrado à parte. O horário se limita das 8 às 10h30. Em resumo: o estabelecimento é bem localizado, na principal avenida da cidade, e sua posição é privilegiada. Porém, é evidente que o hotel precisa de um dono. Pelo preço que está cobrando, não vale a pena. Outro absurdo: o check-out é às 10h!!! Uma pena, pois acredito que já tenha sido uma referência na hotelaria de Bariloche. Hoje não indicaria a ninguém. Pelo preço que estão cobrando, o benefício está muito distante do razoável. Espero sinceramente que consigam salvar o empreendimento, investindo em infraestrutura, qualidade dos serviços e reforma geral do prédio.

Eu gostei muito do hotel, me senti muito a vontade, tem otimas acomodações, o nosso quarto era bem espaçoso e muito aconchegante, a cama era maravilhosa, café da manhã era bom e a piscina aquecida era excelente. Porém alguns pontos negativos deixam a desejar: Como o café da manhã era muito bom, mas não era excelente, ou seja com poucas opções e o atendimento de alguns funcionários incomodava, como por exemplo, os recepcionadas não eram agradáveis e nem gentis, a equipe do bar extremamente estrupidos e ignorantes, por eles eu não voltaria mais no hotel, mas o pior de todos são a equipe do bar, ou ''homens'' que ficam no bar que nem se identificam como funcionários mas não tem um tratamento muito bom, são muito chatos, precisa melhorar nessa equipe. Teve um dia da nossa estadia estávamos tomando banho de piscina e o homem do bar fechou a porta da área externa da piscina numa agressividade como se nós fossemos o culpado dele esta ali trabalhando.

THE WORST HOTEL. TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get

The hotel is far too expensive for the old and dirty conditions they offer. The service at the front desk is the worst I have ever seen in more than 25 years of traveling all around the world. They never solved our problems, they even tried too. The front desk at night has no idea of how to do the check in process, has no access to drinking water for guests, and has no idea of how to solve a temperature problem in the room. At the morning we had to do all the check in process again with a very angry woman. It was a mess to go to that hotel. They don't know what the word "service" means. The bathroom had fungus and they very dirty. They requested from me US35 more as a tax and I asked for a tax certificated that they denied to give me at the front desk. They never sent it by e-mail as promised. The wifi and internet is the worst (less than 0,5 Mbs). If you want one egg at breakfast for a baby, you have to pay for them although breakfast was supposedly included in the rate and you paid of US$165 per night.
