「Balcony great. Bathroom needs cleaning and update.」

「It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada .」

「The staff was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside to the property is that there was no A/C in the room.」

「We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again.」

「The lady at the front Desk was really Exellent and very profesional. Thanks for let me know step by step all information」

「Solid location walkable to the cathedral area of the city. Amazing staff who were happy to suggest things to do in Cuenca.」

「A good place to rest and enjoy the town.」
