「Rodrigo and the other lady are very helpful. However i requested a to-go breakfast on my first morning but they forgot. But on the second morning, they remembered. Just a little suggestion, change the shower curtain at room 101. The water comes out and made the water leak in my room. But overall, my hotel stay is wonderful. The hotel has cozy vibes.」

「Enjoy the stay so much and the best hotel in Cusco.」

「This is a very charming hotel. Nice view from the common area and patio. The best part is the staff though. They were very accommodating, warm, and helpful with every request I had including oxygen. They offer boxed breakfast if you need to leave early (even at 3 AM!) for excursions. They also arranged pick-up to and from the airport for me. Great location, close to main square and good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「I stayed in a room with a terrace, and the room was spacious and had a separate toilet and shower, so I was very comfortable. There is a common space just outside the room, and at first I got the impression that it was a boutique hotel that was very cozy and well-coordinated.
