The staff is really amazing! My only complaint is that the carpets are dinghy and the walls need to be cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. It seems as if this was once a great hotel but it is losing its luster due to age and it is in need of a deep clean.

I stayed at this hotel because it was 10 minutes away from the NOS event center. I enjoyed my stay! Check in was less than 10 minutes, the staff was nice, and my room was very quiet.
