From the moment of arrival we were bowled over by the villa, the extremely high standard of the furnishings and the equipment provided - you could not want for more. Our host was amazing and always on hand via WhatsApp to help whether it was sorting extra towels or advice on where to eat. "In closed complex, cctv monitored, totaly safe for the family or friends. Car needed (beach is aprox. 15minutes by walk down the road), well supplied supermarket is nearby in walking distance. We stay in GC every winter and I would stay here again for sure."

"We stayed for nine nights in mid-February 2024. The villa is large - on three storeys - with spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely (cold water) pool with lawns and a generously-sized patio. The area is quite heavily developed but was very quiet and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a helpful and responsive host. My only suggestion would be for a longer stay such as ours, a mid-stay clean would be helpful. And a chopping board for the kitchen! Thank you."

"Great outdoor space and swimming pool , very spacious, ideal for large groups , there is main roads that you overlook ,however this was not an issue for us , cleaner visited daily to check pool and villa , location in a residential area , taxis are 6 to 8 euros to go in to playa del ingles the app pide taxis is recommended, there is a spar 10 min walk away , kitchen has everything you need and more , and the host Yazmina was very helpful and friendly"

"Modern and well appointed townhouse with all the mod cons. Irene was brilliant to deal with and usually responded within minutes. The location is quiet and is well suited for a relaxing holiday. A very short walk is the large Supermarket where you can stock up on all your needs. Just a short walk will bring you to the taxi rank from there you can go to anywhere within the Maspalomas and Melonares area for very little cost."

Im Pool und Whirlpool kann man bei angenehmer Temperatur wunderbar entspannen und durch den Zaun ist es auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. "Thank you for a brilliant family holiday and for the welcome pack on arrival. A well equipped accommodation, with enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms to service our whole family, whose ages ranged between 4 and 80! The villa has a small 'plunge pool" and just a short walk leads to a super communal pool, with plenty of sun loungers and a well kept garden. "Just returned from a brilliant 2 week stay at the villa with all my family. The Villa is everything you see in the pictures & more, so spacious with great size bedrooms & en suites for 10 people. The outdoor living space works so well for all the family lovely pool, large patio & plenty of sunny & shady spots to enjoy all day. "The property was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space and also providing extras like shopping bags and food tubs for days out. The extendable shade on the downstairs patio came in handy too. Pablo was great and organised our transfers to and from the airport plus we had a dedicated car park space when we did hire a car for a few days. Definitely recommend."

"This property for a 3 star is exceptional value for money, beautiful grounds. I would suggest a car if your stopping here couple of restaurants near small pizza bar love and hate great. I think shuttles are available. Parking on site couple of euros per day, safe a euro a day. Pool sude food and bar good value not over priced. Plenty of beds, massive pool. All in all great value property."
