「When we got in our room the shower head was missing. We heard banging all night and discovered in the morning that there was a truck parked outside our room with horses in it.」

「This is the real deal! Historic property with great food, great rooms. Had a suite, very nice. We were welcomed by howler monkeys, deer and agouti (which is pleural for agouti). Nice clean pool. 4 star luxury. Stayed on our way to the airport, easy commute 45 minutes.」

「There was food tray beside our door when we checked in and it was still there the next day when we checked out. Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. While trying to sleep a worker started loudly plastering the ceiling in the hallway right in front of our room. 9:30/10pm. The aircon was loud and turned on and off frequently. For a 400$ CND hotel I was very disappointed.」

「This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.」
