Room was very spacious, very good shower. Breakfast was included and it was good. We had an electric vehicle, just wish they had a charging station in ground.

Everything was great. But, although the pool was lovely, it could have been cleaned better: their was a floating bag of chips and a water bottle, and way too many leaves, floating and at the bottom.

Basic place strategically located

I was there with my parents. Very spacious place. Very basic. Good money/quality ratio. Overall this is a good place, but could use some cleaning in some areas of the premises. Rooms were clean and the beds are confortable.

Bien en algunas cosas en otras deben mejorar mucho

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel El Regalo (Wilson) en Nicoya fue agradable. El proceso de Check in fue ágil y ameno, así como el check out. La atención de los colaboradores del hotel fue muy amable. El servicio de restauración se destaca del resto, dado que la alimentación que consumimos para la cena fue muy buena. El servicio de cocktails y el desayuno incluido no fue muy bueno. Podrían mejorar bastante. En cuanto a las condiciones del local, merece mencionar que tiene una ubicación conveniente, las habitaciones son espaciosas, así como las áreas comunes, que se encuentran principalmente al aire libre. No obstante deben mejorar en la limpieza de las habitaciones y en particular en el mantenimiento y limpieza de las piscinas. El estado del agua de las mismas realmente no era el deseable. En general el sitio tiene puntos muy favorables en mi valoración y otros que requieren de atención y mejora significativa por parte de la administración del hotel.

Long drive? Rest here.

Large, clean, basic room. Pool area large but needs allot of attention. Water appeared less clear than I would have liked. Many severely ripped and damaged pool loungers really detracted from the area. Just getting rid of those would help spruce it up. Good for a quick overnight stay from a long days drive back to the beach.

The hotel looked good, but once in the room, it was something else. The room was not very clean, most of the lights were burned out. We could hear everything coming from other rooms. Neighbours has a fight in the middle of the night and woke us up. Very little unformation given at the reception. The pool and the grounds could use some cleaning.

Buen lugar para quedarse en Nicoya.

El hotel muy bien en términos generales, el restaurante muy rico pero no tenían servicio de cobro con tarjeta de crédito por lo que no pudimos cenar ahí. Si disfrutamos de unos deliciosos patacones y el desayuno tenía muy buen sabor. Es un lugar tranquilo y familiar ubicado en las afueras de la ciudad de Nicoya. Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Al frente del hotel hay un restaurante de carnes muy bueno.
