An ABSOLUTE REFUND OLEASE

The microwave was broken, the bathrooms were dirty, there were burnt marked on the clean sheets. There was a suspicious bag I. The smoke detector. The ceiling outside the room was exposed. I could see the upper working of the building.

I actually booked this hotel as I was staying at la Quinta in the southwest side. Which was horrible and disgusting. I called and Esperanza completely understood our situation and got us in ASAP. The room was clean and the area it was in was across from the Ingram Mall. Although the hotel is getting renovations done it wasn’t loud at all.

Room was dirty. My wife steped.on something near bed with her feet. Turned out to be a.popcorn kernel. That wasnt the worst of it. Gross hair an stuff (lots) came with it. The bell hop luggage rack had droken wheels on both rigs they had. Noisy next to highway. We didnt wnjoy our stay.

Prison cell is cleaner

You get what you pay the property was in bad condition. First there was no hot water, then the elevator did not work, and the stairways smelled like urine, and the last straw was when I got to the room there was roaches all over the bed and they room was not cleaned. I left and got a room somewhere else.

Terrible

Intially checked in and went to my room. The door was missing a bolt lock. Smelled like Marijuana, killed a small roach upon entry. The bathroom looked like it wqs under construction. The tub was stained. I asled for another room. Intially they said they were booked. Eventually after enough complaining they conviently found a room, but i was told it had no TV. It was on the 2nd floor and it smelled like a dog kennel farm.
