Hotel en construcción, sucio. Muy mal!!

Muy mala, no vayan!! Está en construcción, pero igual es muy malo, sucio, y querían que pagamos dos veces aunque ya habíamos pagado.

O hotel eh muito bacana, quarto é otimo, cafe da manha ok, a unica desvantagem eh a distancia, tudo voce precisa de taxi, a ilha eh pequena, taxi nao eh tao facil. Gastei por volta de 60.000 pesos por dia com taxi. De repente valeria mais se estivesse no norte da ilha, evitaria gastos com taxi.

Decepcionante

Me pareceu que o nome hotel boutique é mais uma desculpa para a falta de estrutura do hotel, parece que estão começando e tendem a melhorar, mas atualmente está decepcionante. O quarto em que estávamos tinha uma disposição estranha para acomodar uma terceira cama, o ar condicionado não funcionava corretamente, nos primeiros dias não o chuveiro estava quebrado, tendo apenas o cano saindo água. Um dia que tomamos banho mais tarde não tinha água quente. Não tinha secador de cabelos e todo dia que pedimos não arrumavam um, até que outro hospede saiu e pegaram de outro quarto para nos dar. Café da manhã pobre e sem variedade, nenhum outro serviço para comida no hotel e nem próximo ao hotel. A localização é boa apenas para quem quer ficar nas praias próximas, na primeira noite não tivemos como sair para jantar, pois não há nenhum restaurante próximo aberto a noite, e taxis para buscar demoram aproximadamente uma hora.

En realidad no fue lo que esperábamos No es un hotel y menos cuatro estrellas como me lo vendieron, es una casa grande, pero si nos tocó la habitación grande, está deteriorada no tiene buen mantenimiento, y éramos los únicos ocupantes en la casa, los primeros dos días y después ocuparon una habitación más, y eso fue todo. No hay restaurante, queda muy lejos de todo, no tiene playa enfrente del hotel como lo afirmaron también los de hoteles.com, pagamos $330,000 pesos por persona por noche, lo cual es demasiado costoso para no ser un buen hotel como esperábamos, lo único bueno fue la atención del personal, el administador y las dos empleadas del servicio, además hay una discoteca en frente que todo el tiempo tiene música a todo volumen, hasta altas horas de la noche, los fines de semana, el jacuzzi nunca funcionó, la puerta de entrada al hotel no tiene timbre lo que causa largas esperas a los huéspedes, las puerta del baño de la había ración no cierra bien y además tiene olor a humedad y no tiene ventilación, el piso frente a la piscina en donde son los desayunos jamás lo limpiaban era un desastre y las sillas donde nos sentábamos a desayunar siempre sucias por la sal del mar.

horrível sobre todos os aspectos. Das seis diárias só utilizamos uma. maiores informações e relato do hotel, vejam o e-mail enviado dia 04/01 para latamtier3, do qual aguardo informações a respeito de como vou ser ressarcido das diárias não utlizadas.
