"I’m so glad I chose Valía as they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was accommodated with luggage assistance, assisted at the check in desk promptly, and even granted complimentary early check in. The entire hotel was so luxurious and the king suite was dreamy. A massive shower with gorgeous marbling, dual sinks, and a stand-alone soaking tub that made you never want to leave the room. It definitely felt like a 5 star hotel and I would stay here every time I visit Bangkok. The food was incredible and they had a complimentary shuttle service to one of the luxury malls close by. "

"Very good service, excellent location, very clean room with an extraordinary view. But upon arrival at 3:15 pm, I left my luggage at the entrance and it never arrived in my room. I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."
