"We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. "I loved this apartment, perfect for 2 people and it had everything we needed: from air conditioning (which luckily we needed very little) to washing machine. It has a large terrace in front with chairs and a table where we had breakfast every morning. The trees provide shade from the morning sun so we could enjoy the terrace. There is also a patio on the back where we dried our swimsuits and towels. You can park your car right in front of the property. There's also a bakery and a market 2...

"Many things are unique, like the individual bungalows each with a quiet deck, open light and as well as a beautiful boat elevated above the beach with seating at sunset for dinner. The lovely lady Simoneta was working so hard and sometimes without helpers and she was such a nice sincere person with exceptional manners and service, all the others were very accommodating as well..Ikes,Leia, Sophia, Magda and in the breakfast room as well"
