「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised. First, the front desk staff—especially one receptionist (Connal) —had a noticeable attitude and was not helpful at all. Customer service felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which set the tone for the entire stay. The parking situation is a major issue. The garage is extremely small and poorly managed. The hotel does not properly track which car belongs to which guest, which...

「古き良きアメリカのビーチサイドホテルです。サンタバーバラはダウンタウンに泊まるか、このお洒落な街並み沿いかビーチラインに泊まるかの選択肢がありますが、落ち着いた雰囲気で週末を過ごすのであればMotecitoは最適です。ビーチまではランニングで５分程度で出れますし、レストランも充実しています。目の前にCVSがあるので日常品の買い物も困らないでしょう。おすすめです。」

「Beer cans and trash in the parking lot. Dogs barking all night. AC not staying on even though i had set it to cool, it changed to automatic on its own. 」

「My family and I took a trip to Santa Barbara and stayed at the blue sands inn and we loved it. The location was perfect we were able to do a short walk to the Santa Barbara zoo, we were able to walk to the beach. The amenities included were great, and it was Also very clean. We enjoyed our time so much and would definitely come back!」
