"A big red flag for the Central Park Reef Resort. The staff was terrible, not working, not helping nor answering our questions about accomodations, or our issues with the hotel. "DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. ..."
