"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...

"First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal.
